Simply Southern will be rockin' the house at The Spotlight Saloon this weekend, May 16 & 17, located in Hiram, on Hwy 92, across from Nebo Road. Show starts at 8:00, and goes until around midnight. So make your plans to come out rock with us!!!!
A great friend and brother to us all, Joe Shell, passed away on April 4, 2008. Joe ran lights for many bands, namely Mr. Meaner and 404, among others. He was a cool guy, who anyone would like as soon as they met him. Joe, we just want you to know that you were a great friend and fun person to be around. You will be missed by us all. God Bless You, Our Brother!! A benefit in memory of Joe will be held at JWKickerZ (now known as Red's Timbers) in Smyrna, on May 10. Please try to attend this event if you can.
Simply Southern would like to personally thank Reagans Neighborhood Grill for giving us the opportunity to play at such a fun club with great people. We always look forward to playing there. We would also like to thank Tracy down at Spotlight Saloon for being such a great gal to work for.
